The Carmelite Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Los Angeles are sharing the gift of music with us this Christmas! The sisters recently released a new album, Adoration from Carmel: Eucharistic Hymns sharing their love for Jesus in the Holy Eucharist through song.

Be Still, the 5th track on the album, is an original song composed by the sisters, offers a beautiful meditation on growing closer to Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. You can download it for free here.
